UltraLok 905 is a two-part, medium-set polyurethane structural adhesive designed for applications that require more working time than ultra-fast systems while still delivering rapid handling strength. With a working time of approximately 4 to 6 minutes, UL905 provides a controlled assembly window for precise part alignment, larger bond areas, and more complex geometries.

UltraLok 905 is part of the UltraLok 900 Series polyurethane adhesive family, which includes multiple cure speed options to match different production needs. UltraLok 901 is the fast-set option for rapid assembly, while UL905 offers a balanced working time for applications where additional control is required. Slower-curing options such as UL919 are available for extended open-time assemblies.

UL905 cures to a tough, flexible bond that resists vibration, shock, and fatigue. Its elastomeric nature makes it especially effective for bonding dissimilar materials and coated substrates such as painted metals and e-coated steel, where rigid adhesives may crack or lose adhesion over time.
