Description
Integra Surface Bonder Rapid (Integra Rapid 250ml) is a high speed, 10:1 two-part, pre-colored seaming adhesive for natural stone, quartz, compact sintered material and porcelain. Fabricators use it indoors for deck seams, laminations, mitered edges and vertical applications where a short fixture time keeps the next piece moving. The zero sag formula stays where you put it, so there are no drips to clean up. It contains no styrene. The 250ml cartridge runs through a static mixer on a 10:1 dispenser, so there is no hand mixing or tinting.

Performance in Production
- The 4 to 8 minute working time is short. Plan the joint before you dispense and work one seam at a time so you close and set it inside that window.
- A 10 to 16 minute fixture time is how long the joint needs to stay clamped or supported before you move the piece. That is the number that sets how fast you can turn a seam in the shop.
- Zero sag means the bead stays in place on mitered edges and vertical applications instead of slumping or running.
- Integra publishes flexural strength above 3916 psi on granite, quartz and compact sintered material. These are published test values, not a load rating for any mounting application.
- Rapid is made for low temperature shops and winter months, when cold slows cure speed.
- The 10:1 cartridge and static mixer meter and blend the two parts as you dispense, and the adhesive is pre-colored. No hand mixing, no tinting, and no styrene.

How a Rapid Seam Goes Together
Rapid is a cartridge system, so the ratio and color are set at the factory and the mixing happens in the tip. The shop steps:
- Match the color. Use the Color Match Tool or the free Integra Adhesives app, then pick that color from the selector.
- Load the 10:1 cartridge into a matching dispenser and fit a new X-Stream mixing tip.
- Dispense the mixed adhesive into the joint.
- Close and set the joint inside the 4 to 8 minute working time.
- Keep the joint clamped or supported through the 10 to 16 minute fixture time.
The process runs on natural stone, quartz, compact sintered material and porcelain. Integra’s TDS does not cover surface prep or bond line. Follow your shop’s standard practice, and call us with any substrate that is not on that list.
