Description
This is the standard gun for Integra 250ml cartridges. It was built to fix the thing fabricators complain about most with 10:1 guns: frame flex. A gun that bends under load pushes the two components off ratio, and off-ratio adhesive does not cure right no matter how good the chemistry is.
The steel frame and reinforced push-rod plate hold the ratio through the full stroke. The 18:1 mechanical advantage keeps your hand from wearing out on a long seaming day, and the non-drip mechanism releases pressure between trigger pulls so the cartridge stops oozing when you stop squeezing.

What gun do I need for Integra 250ml cartridges?
A 10:1 dispenser sized for 250ml cartridges, which is this one. Integra Surface Bonder Xi+, Horizon and Rapid all ship in the same 250ml 10:1 format, so one gun covers the whole seaming line. You also need an X-Stream static mixing tip, which is a separate consumable and gets replaced each seam.
Will a 1:1 or 2:1 gun work?
No. The push disks are sized to the cartridge ratio. A 1:1 or 2:1 gun will not advance the two plungers correctly on a 10:1 cartridge, and the adhesive will come out off ratio and cure poorly or not at all.
Does it work with non-Integra adhesives?
Yes. It is built to Mixpac 250ml dimensions, which is the standard used by a number of adhesive brands. If your cartridge is a 250ml 10:1 in a standard Mixpac-style housing, this gun runs it. Not sure? Send us the part number and we will confirm.
What is the mechanical advantage and why does it matter?
18:1, meaning the gun multiplies your hand force 18 times at the plunger. Seaming adhesive runs 20,000 cPs and up, so a low-thrust gun means a sore hand by mid-afternoon. Higher advantage also gives you finer control over bead size.
What does the wear compensation screw do?
It takes up play in the drive mechanism as parts wear. Instead of the gun slipping and losing thrust after a year of hard use, you adjust the screw and it grips again. Small feature, meaningful difference in how long the gun lasts.
Is there a pneumatic version?
