Medium-Duty Panel Anchoring: IM2S / P1.4-20 / H6
The IM2S (2-Crown) Keep-Nut™ is the most widely used starting point for architectural cladding, furniture, and undermount sink installations. Engineered for medium-duty loads, it provides an exceptional balance of high pull-out strength (over 560 lbs) with a shallow 6.5mm embedment depth.
Requiring a minimum surface thickness of just 8.5mm, it is the industry standard for 10mm-12mm porcelain, sintered stone (like Dekton), solid surface, and quartz. Installation is completely epoxy-free. Simply drill a 12mm diameter hole to a depth of 6.5mm, press the insert in, and it is instantly ready to bear a load.
