Description

The Medmix MFQ 07-24T static mixer fits MIXPAC F-System cartridges in 1:1 and 2:1 ratios. Its 24-element QUADRO core and stepped outlet provide a product-specific option for two-component dispensing when the cartridge family, ratio, and outlet dimensions match the application.

F-System Fitment and Stepped Outlet

This disposable mixer uses the F-System interlock connection on compatible 200 mL and 400 mL cartridges. The 07 designation corresponds to a 7.5 mm element diameter, while 24T identifies 24 mixing elements and a stepped outlet. The larger internal diameter and retained volume distinguish it from narrower MFQ models. Confirm the full part number before ordering because adjacent models can share the same connection while differing in outlet, diameter, or element count.

Use a fresh mixer when starting a cartridge and replace a nozzle if material has reacted inside it. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s purge and working-time instructions. Cartridge fit does not replace a chemistry check, since viscosity and required mix quality can affect the recommended element geometry and dispensing pressure.

At the work cell, label the mixer bin with the ratio family and manufacturer article number to reduce selection errors between similar MFQ parts. Inspect the interlock and outlet before use, seat the mixer fully, and verify that both components are entering the mixer.
