Description

The Medmix MixCoat 1125ml empty 2:1 ratio spray cartridge is a refillable F-System component for the MixCoat 2-part spray coating system. Each cartridge ships empty with sealing pistons, plug, and a resealable cap, so you can fill, store, and apply two-part protective coatings on your own schedule. The 1125ml volume holds a 2:1 mix ratio and keeps the two components separated until they reach the mixer, which protects pot life and gives you consistent results from the first pull to the last.

This cartridge is built for spray application, not bead dispensing. Loaded into a MixCoat dispenser (manual DM or pneumatic DPD) and paired with a MixCoat spray nozzle, it atomizes the mixed material into an even spray pattern for protective 2-part coatings across larger surface areas. The polypropylene (PP) body with self-venting pistons handles industrial-grade two-component fluids and is silicone free.

Surface Prep and Use

Clean and prepare the surface per the coating manufacturer instructions before spraying. Fill the cartridge with your 2:1 material, install the sealing pistons, and load it into a MixCoat dispenser. Attach a fresh MixCoat spray nozzle, run a short test pass to confirm the spray pattern, then apply in even passes. Replace the nozzle if the material starts to set inside it.
