Description

The Techcon TS5322D is a compact mini spool valve with a Delrin wetted body, sized for tight spaces on automated dispensing lines where a full-size valve will not fit. Despite the small footprint, it is built to cycle fast and repeat accurately shot after shot, which is what a production dispensing valve needs to do all day without drifting on dot size or bead width.

Where this dispensing valve earns its keep

At roughly 4 inches long and just over an inch in diameter, the TS5322D mounts into fixtures and end-of-arm tooling where a standard-size valve body would interfere with neighboring hardware. It is rated for operating frequencies exceeding 500 cycles per minute, with an air inlet, auxiliary air inlet, and 1/8 inch NPT fluid ports, making it a common upgrade path when an older, bulkier unit needs to be swapped into a denser work cell without giving up cycle speed or repeatability.

The Delrin wetted body is generally spec’d for fluids with a maximum working pressure around 100 psi, which is lower than the metal-body version of the same valve family but suits many light-duty and UV-cure dispensing applications where corrosion resistance and light weight matter more than peak pressure.
