Description
Parson Partite 7420 adhesive is a two part structural methacrylate for fast, reliable bonding of metals, composites, and engineered plastics in demanding sign and fabrication work.
Parson Partite 7420 adhesive benefits and features
This 10:1 mix ratio, non sag formulation is easy to dispense in vertical or overhead joints and helps keep parts where you place them. Working time is roughly four to six minutes, with fixture strength typically reached in about fifteen to eighteen minutes, so crews can move assemblies through production quickly.
- High strength bonds on aluminum, steel, fiberglass, and many engineered plastics
- Excellent fatigue endurance, impact resistance, and toughness for dynamic loads
- Thixotropic rheology that resists running on vertical or overhead surfaces
Parson Partite 7420 adhesive applications
Typical uses include bonding sign frames and cabinets, mounting brackets and stiffeners, and assembling panels in shop or field conditions. It adheres well to ABS, nylon, polyurethane, epoxy, FRP, gelcoats, and coated or bare metals, so one cartridge can cover many bonding needs in sign, graphics, and transportation fabrication.
Processing, packaging, and dispensing
Parson Partite 7420 is supplied in a 490 milliliter dual cartridge for standard 10:1 dispensing guns and static mixers. Because the adhesive is non sag and thixotropic, it stays in the joint during cure instead of dripping onto finished surfaces.
