Standard cyanoacrylates throw off fumes that fog nearby surfaces on hot, humid days, and that fogging shows up on finished parts and lowers acceptance rates. It cuts both problems by reducing the reactive vapor that causes them.

Viscosity runs 3 to 10 mPa.s at 25 degrees, thin enough to wick into close-fitting joints, with a maximum gap fill of 0.05 mm. Fixture time to reach handling strength ranges from 2 to 5 seconds on neoprene and NBR up to 30 to 40 seconds on zinc, so cycle time depends heavily on substrate choice. Stored refrigerated, the adhesive holds its performance for a full year, which matters for shops that buy in bulk but use it in smaller batches.
