Permabond TA4631 in the 50ml Cartridge
This is the 50ml dual cartridge of Permabond TA4631, a two-part 1:1 no odor toughened structural acrylic that bonds untreated polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW) and PTFE with no flame, corona, plasma or primer treatment.
The 50ml is the working size for regular assembly and repair. TA4631 has no perceptible odor, contains no micro beads so parts seat tight, bonds underwater, and publishes the strongest mild steel figures in the series. What You Need to Dispense It
- Static mixer: one MBQ 05-16L ships with the cartridge. Order spares if you are running more than one bead, since adhesive cures inside the mixer and each stop needs a fresh nozzle.
- Dispensing gun: Chem-Set PAK-50 fitted with the 1:1 / 2:1 plunger.
- Order single cartridges or full cases. There is no order minimum.
