Permabond® TA4631 is a low odor, two-part acrylic adhesive formulated for bonding hard-to-stick plastics like polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE & HDPE), PTFE, and even acetal (POM)—without the need for surface pretreatment. Designed for use in enclosed or sensitive environments such as automotive interiors, electronics, and consumer goods, TA4631 eliminates the strong smell typically associated with structural acrylics.

With a 1:1 mix ratio, no perceptible odor, and excellent adhesion to dissimilar materials—including metals, composites, and rubbers—TA4631 is the go-to choice for precision bonding of tight-tolerance components. It’s the sister product to TA4630, but contains no spacer beads, making it ideal for small-gap applications.
