Description
The SpecialInsert Deform-Nut TC/INT offers elite fastening performance where traditional rivet nuts fall short — especially in thin-gauge metal and plastics. These Italian-engineered pre-bulbed cross nuts are designed to create strong, permanent threads in blind applications where backside access is limited or nonexistent.
Upon installation, the body deforms into a four-lobed cross-shaped bulge, gripping securely to the backside of the material — significantly enhancing pullout resistance, vibration resistance, and overall joint strength.
Ideal for sign fabrication, metal fabrication, transportation equipment, electrical enclosures, and more, these rivet nuts accommodate a variety of thread sizes and come in corrosion-resistant materials suited for both indoor and outdoor environments.
