The CHT QGel 312 encapsulant is a clear silicone gel for electronics assemblies that need soft protection from vibration, moisture, and thermal or mechanical shock. It cures into a resilient, moderately cross-linked silicone polymer rather than a hard plastic mass, so it can cushion sensitive components while still filling the cavity around them. The 10:1 mix ratio supports controlled dispensing, and the material can cure at room temperature over 24 hours or with heat when the process needs faster throughput.
