QSil 229LV potting silicone from CHT Group is a two-part, heat-cured, optically clear encapsulant designed for electronic potting, LED encapsulation, and optical assemblies. With a 1:1 mix ratio and 2,900 cps viscosity, the QSil 229LV potting silicone flows smoothly around fine-pitch components and complex geometries while delivering electrical insulation and mechanical shock protection.
