The Siaspeed PSA 100 grit disc roll is a 6 in pressure-sensitive-adhesive abrasive built for continuous-feed sanders that pull discs directly from a roll. Semi-friable aluminum oxide mineral gives high removal rates and long life, and each box holds 4 rolls so a shop can keep a machine fed through a full shift without stopping to reload.

How the Siaspeed PSA 100 Grit Roll Holds Up

A new stearate concept in the coating reduces loading as the disc works, which keeps the cut rate consistent from the first disc on the roll to the last. The semi-friable grain fractures under load to expose fresh cutting points rather than dulling and burnishing the work surface, so the finish stays uniform across a full panel instead of showing swirl marks partway through the pass. Because the roll feeds directly into PSA-equipped continuous-feed sanders, there is no hook-and-loop pad to swap and no backing pad wear to manage separately from the abrasive itself. Feed length and splice spacing on the roll are sized for standard continuous-feed sanders, so a shop can load a fresh roll and keep running without adjusting machine settings.
