Description
The Cox VBM 100 is a hand-powered dispenser for 200 mL two-component cartridges running a 1:1 mix ratio. It drives Part A and Part B from a side-by-side cartridge at the same rate, feeding a static mixer that blends the two streams as they leave the nozzle. The 18:1 mechanical advantage keeps the trigger manageable even with medium-viscosity epoxies and urethanes.
Where the Cox VBM 100 fits
This applicator handles 1:1 structural adhesives, potting compounds, and sealants supplied in 200 mL dual cartridges. It is built for bonding metal, plastic, and composite assemblies, shimming, gap filling, and general industrial work where a measured, mixed bead matters and a powered gun is not needed. Because both parts leave the cartridge together and pass through one mixer, the cured joint reaches its rated strength without the guesswork of hand mixing, and the operator gets a clean, metered bead on every pull.
How the Cox VBM 100 holds up
The frame is epoxy-coated steel with an aluminum handle, so the tool stays light near 1.2 kg while resisting solvent and adhesive splatter. A built-in wear compensation device keeps thrust consistent as internal parts break in, and maximum thrust reaches about 3.5 kN for stiffer two-part materials. The dripless plunger design helps control waste between pulls.
