Watch the plunger. The LORD-Pak 50ml gun (3001112) ships with a 1:1 / 2:1 plunger. A 4:1 plunger has to be bought separately or the cartridge will not meter correctly. The Chem-Set PAK-50 4:1 B-style gun is already set up for this ratio.

Common Questions
Can I reuse a partly used 50ml cartridge?
Yes. Leave the used mix nozzle attached and the cured adhesive inside it acts as a cap. For longer storage, pull the nozzle and put the original plugs back in, matching the correct side. When you come back to it, install a fresh nozzle, re-level the plungers, and purge a mixer’s length before bonding.
Do I need a special gun for the 50ml?
It needs a 4:1 B-style 50ml gun. A standard 1:1 or 2:1 cartridge gun will not meter the correct ratio and the adhesive will not cure properly.
Is the 50ml the same adhesive as the larger sizes?
Identical. Same 406 adhesive, same Accelerator 19, same 4:1 ratio, same cured properties. Only the cartridge format and the dispensing hardware change.
