The Xemex X2-A5-7L Low-Waste Static Mixer holds just 0.6 mL of retained volume. Seven Xemex mixing elements in a 50.5 mm body deliver mixing performance equivalent to a 24-element traditional mixer, so less material stays behind in the nozzle on every cycle.
The luer-lock outlet threads on and locks needles and precision dispensing tips for controlled bead placement. The A-system bayonet inlet fits standard bayonet cartridges at 1:1 through 10:1 ratios and works with manual guns, pneumatic guns, and automated or cobot dispensing.

Why does adhesive harden inside a mixing nozzle?
Once the two components meet in the mixer, the cure starts. Whatever is sitting in the nozzle when you stop dispensing will set up and get thrown away with the mixer. The larger the mixer’s internal volume, the more you lose on every stop and every changeover.
