Description
The Xemex X2-A5-7T Low-Waste Static Mixer is designed for dispensing two-part adhesives from A-system bayonet cartridges while minimizing adhesive waste during mixing.
Using Xemex’s patented internal mixing geometry, seven mixing elements provide mixing performance comparable to much longer traditional mixers. This compact design reduces retained adhesive volume while allowing dispensing closer to the work surface for improved control and accuracy.
The tapered outlet tip allows direct bead application and can be trimmed to adjust bead size depending on the dispensing requirement.
The mixer is compatible with common two-component adhesive chemistries including epoxies, methacrylates, urethanes, and silicones.
