Description
The Xemex X2-A5-7L Low-Waste Static Mixer is designed for dispensing two-part adhesives from standard A-system bayonet cartridges while significantly reducing adhesive waste during mixing.
Using Xemex’s patented internal geometry, seven mixing elements can achieve mixing performance comparable to much longer traditional mixers. The compact design reduces retained adhesive volume and allows dispensing closer to the work surface, improving operator control and accuracy during adhesive application.
The luer-lock outlet allows attachment of needles or precision dispensing accessories for controlled bead placement.
This mixer is compatible with a wide range of industrial two-component adhesives including epoxies, methacrylates, urethanes, and silicones.
