Description
The Xemex X2-C8-8S Low-Waste Static Mixer is designed for dispensing two-part adhesives from C-system bell cartridges while reducing adhesive waste during mixing.
Using Xemex’s patented internal mixing geometry, eight mixing elements provide mixing performance comparable to much longer traditional mixers. This compact mixer design helps reduce retained adhesive volume while maintaining consistent mixing performance.
The 8.7 mm internal diameter allows higher material throughput, making this mixer well suited for mid- to high-volume dispensing applications. The stepped outlet tip can be trimmed to adjust bead size for controlled adhesive placement.
The mixer is compatible with common industrial adhesive chemistries including epoxies, methacrylates, urethanes, and silicones.
