The Xemex X2-C8-7L Low-Waste Static Mixer holds 3.0 mL of retained volume and replaces 18 to 24 element mixers using only seven Xemex elements. The 8.7 mm inner diameter handles mid to high viscosity materials without choking flow.
The luer-lock outlet threads on and locks needles and precision tips for controlled bead placement. The standard 16.7 mm bell connection drops onto most dual-cartridge and meter-mix systems, so it’s a direct swap without changing dispensing equipment.
The hydrophobic polyester insert supports moisture-sensitive formulations. Compatible with epoxies, methacrylates (MMA), urethanes, and silicones. Designed and manufactured in the United States.
