Permabond TA4610 in the 400ml Cartridge
This is the 400ml dual cartridge of Permabond TA4610, a two-part 1:1 toughened structural acrylic that bonds untreated polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW), polypropylene and PTFE with no flame, corona, plasma or primer treatment.
This is the size for large-assembly work, which is what TA4610 was built for. A 12 to 15 minute fixture window plus a 400ml cartridge means long bead runs and wide bond areas without stopping to swap material mid-joint. What You Need to Dispense It
- Static mixer: MFQ 08-24T. The 400ml cartridge takes a different mixer than the 50ml, so check before you order.
- Manual gun: Albion B26T400 hand-held applicator.
- Pneumatic gun: DP2X 400. TA4610 is the heaviest grade in the series at 210,000 cP mixed. If operators are running 400ml cartridges all shift, go pneumatic.
- Order single cartridges or full cases. There is no order minimum.
