Description
Bonstone Fast Set 41 is a two-component, 100% solids, high-modulus structural cold weather epoxy adhesive for stone, concrete, masonry, metal, and wood repair. The technical data sheet lists a 5 to 6 minute pot life and a 30-minute initial set at 75 degrees Fahrenheit, while the formulation is designed to cure at below-freezing temperatures.
Use it on clean, dry, coating-free substrates and avoid stressing the bonded joint before the full cure period is complete. Unopened cans have an approximate one-year shelf life when stored dry at 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

The cold weather epoxy adhesive is intended for structural bonding and repair of natural stone, concrete, masonry, metal, and wood, including reattaching stone, anchoring bolts, dowels, rebar and pins, and crack repair. It can adhere to slightly damp stone and can be used on porous stone. The product is intended for exterior work and is not recommended for interior use.
The short pot life means crews should prepare surfaces, hardware, and mixing tools before combining Parts A and B. The below-freezing cure capability makes the product useful when cold jobsite conditions would be unsuitable for many standard epoxies, but the components should still be conditioned and mixed according to the current technical data sheet.
Bonstone Kit Sizes for Jobsite Use
This epoxy is available in a quart kit (1 quart Part A, 1 quart Part B), a gallon kit (1 gallon Part A, 1 gallon Part B), and a pail kit (one 5-gallon pail of each part). It mixes at a 1:1 ratio by volume, which gives field crews a straightforward proportion for preparing the two components.
