Description
The Sulzer Mixpac DP2X 200 Pneumatic Cartridge Gun for 10:1 adhesives is designed to dispense high-viscosity structural materials with exceptional accuracy and operator comfort. The pneumatic power system delivers consistent pressure and uniform material flow, making it ideal for adhesives used in solid surface fabrication, construction, composite bonding, and heavy-duty industrial repair.
The DP2X 200-10-25-01 supports 200 mL MIXPAC C-System and F-System 10:1 cartridges. Its rigid cast aluminum frame supports cartridges under pressure, maintaining correct plunger alignment to ensure proper mixing performance. The built-in regulator allows precise adjustment of flow rate, and the quick air exhaust eliminates dripping after dispensing.
This model is ideal for materials such as 10:1 methacrylates, countertop seam adhesives, polyurethane repair compounds, and high-strength structural bonding products.
