Description
MBQX mixer nozzle is a disposable Sulzer Mixpac static mixer for 50 mL S-style cartridges and 4:1 or 10:1 two-part materials. The Quadro element design divides and recombines Part A and Part B inside the nozzle, so the operator dispenses one blended bead directly from the cartridge. It is used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, acrylic, methacrylate, and similar adhesive or sealant systems.

Use a fresh mixer when opening a new cartridge, restarting after cure time, or changing materials. A partially cured nozzle can raise dispense force, distort the ratio at the outlet, or leave unmixed streaks in the bead.

Check both the cartridge interface and mix ratio before ordering. MBQX belongs with S-style 50 mL cartridges, while other MIXPAC families use different mounts. Keep the required nozzle count stocked with the cartridge count so operators do not reuse mixers beyond their working time.
Store nozzles by family and tip style so similar parts do not get mixed at the bench. For recurring work, add the mixer part family to the bill of materials beside the cartridge and adhesive. That keeps the consumable tied to the job instead of leaving operators to choose from memory.
