Permabond TA4605 in the 400ml Cartridge
This is the 400ml dual cartridge of Permabond TA4605, a two-part 1:1 toughened structural acrylic that bonds untreated polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW) and PTFE with no flame, corona, plasma or primer treatment.
The 400ml size is the production package. It covers longer bead runs and larger bond areas without stopping to swap cartridges, and it moves to pneumatic dispensing when the operator is running continuous work. What You Need to Dispense It
- Static mixer: MFQ 08-24T. The 400ml cartridge takes a different mixer than the 50ml, so check before you order.
- Manual gun: Albion B26T400 hand-held applicator.
- Pneumatic gun: DP2X 400. Worth the move if operators are running 400ml cartridges all shift, since a 125,000 cP mixed viscosity is real work by hand.
- Order single cartridges or full cases. There is no order minimum.
