Permabond TA4605 in the 50ml Cartridge
This is the 50ml dual cartridge of Permabond TA4605, a two-part 1:1 toughened structural acrylic that bonds untreated polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW) and PTFE with no flame, corona, plasma or primer treatment.
The 50ml size fits trial work, prototyping, maintenance repair, and low to moderate volume assembly. Because TA4605 has a 2 to 4 minute pot life, a smaller cartridge also means less material sitting in a partially used tube between jobs. What You Need to Dispense It
- Static mixer: MBQ 05-16L. One per bead run. Adhesive cures inside the mixer, so plan on a fresh nozzle each time work stops.
- Dispensing gun: Chem-Set PAK-50 fitted with the 1:1 / 2:1 plunger.
- Order single cartridges or full cases. There is no order minimum.
