Permabond TA4631 in the 25ml Cartridge
This is the 25ml dual syringe of Permabond TA4631, a two-part 1:1 no odor toughened structural acrylic that bonds untreated polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW) and PTFE with no flame, corona, plasma or primer treatment.
This is the easiest way to try TA4631. It dispenses by hand, so no gun is required, and it ships with a static mixer. Because TA4631 has no perceptible odor, the 25ml is also a practical choice for bench work at a desk or in an enclosed space where a standard methacrylate would be unpleasant. What You Need to Dispense It
- No gun required. The 25ml is a hand syringe. Squeeze the plunger by hand.
- Static mixer: one MBQ 05-16L ships with the cartridge. Order spares if you are running more than one bead, since adhesive cures inside the mixer and each stop needs a fresh nozzle.
- Order single cartridges or full cases. There is no order minimum.
