Permabond TA4631 in the 400ml Cartridge
This is the 400ml dual cartridge of Permabond TA4631, a two-part 1:1 no odor toughened structural acrylic that bonds untreated polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW) and PTFE with no flame, corona, plasma or primer treatment.
This is the production package, and the size where the no odor formulation earns its keep. An operator running 400ml cartridges all shift in an enclosed cell is exposed to a lot of adhesive, and TA4631 removes that as a complaint. At 21,500 cP mixed it is also far easier to push than TA4605 or TA4610 in this size. What You Need to Dispense It
- Static mixer: one MFQ 08-24T ships with the cartridge. Order spares for production runs. The 400ml takes a different mixer than the 25ml and 50ml, so check before you order.
- Manual gun: Albion B26T400 hand-held applicator.
- Pneumatic gun: DP2X 400 for continuous production dispensing.
- Order single cartridges or full cases. There is no order minimum.
