Description

Chem-Set VST 7825 is a 25 mil thick, double-coated acrylic foam tape designed for strong primerless bonding to low surface energy plastics including PP, PE, ABS, powder-coated metals, and clear-coated or ceramic-coated surfaces. Its soft, highly conformable acrylic foam core adapts to irregular surfaces while delivering excellent initial tack and long-term shear performance.

The 25 mil thickness makes VST 7825 ideal for general-purpose LSE bonding where more foam engagement is required than thinner constructions. This tape is widely used in automotive, industrial, and signage applications requiring strong, permanent, LSE-friendly adhesive performance.

VST 7825 is the Chem-Set equivalent to 3M LSE-060WF, offering similar LSE bonding capability with a conformable pure acrylic foam core.
