Description
The Chem-Set 755K is bulk glue-on sink anchor hardware for shops running undermount sinks in volume. Each of the 100 sets includes a 1 inch M1-RB38 stud, a Z-shaped sink clip, a star washer, and a wingnut. Adhesive is not included, so pair the kit with Chem-Set 633 Epoxy for natural stone or 605 Acrylic for solid surface and quartz, ordered in whatever size and quantity fits your production. At 100 sets the kit covers roughly 25 four-anchor sinks.

Choosing Your Adhesive

Both are stocked in 25ml hand syringes and 50ml cartridges. 633 is also available in a 400ml cartridge and 605 in 400ml cartridges, pails, and drums for higher-volume dispensing. Cure times and working times differ between the two, so see the individual adhesive pages for specifics.
Installation Steps
- Mix or dispense your chosen adhesive according to its instructions. Working times are short on both products, so mix only what you can place.
- Clean the area to be bonded and the base of the glue-on stud with alcohol. Both surfaces must be clean and dry for good adhesion.
- Apply adhesive to the base of the stud and set it in position on the underside of the countertop around the sink cut-out.
- Allow the adhesive to set. Wait 45 minutes to 1 hour before hanging the bowl and putting weight on the anchor.
- Place the sink into position, mount the Z-shaped sink clip onto the stud, add the star washer, then tighten with the wingnut.

Working Notes
- Buying hardware and adhesive separately lets a shop stock one set of hardware and order the adhesive that matches whatever material is on the schedule.
- The 1 inch stud gives more thread length than the 0.75 inch stud in the 740K through 743K kits. Worth checking against your typical clip and reveal before switching a crew over.
- Star washers are included here rather than the flat washers used in the four-anchor kits.
- The 1-1/2 inch stud base gives a large bonding area while still fitting tight spots around the sink cut-out.
- At 4 anchors per sink, 100 sets covers roughly 25 sinks. Heavier composite and cast iron bowls or long vanity runs may take more per sink.
- Adhesive in 400ml cartridges, pails, or drums brings the per-sink cost down further on high-volume production.
