Description
The Chem-Set 755K is bulk undermount sink anchors for shops mounting sinks in volume. Each of the 100 sets includes a 1 in glue-on stud, a Z-shaped sink clip, a star washer, and a wingnut, so nothing gets drilled into the countertop. Adhesive is not in the kit. You pair it with Chem-Set 633 Epoxy for natural stone or 605 Acrylic for solid surface and quartz, in whatever size fits your production. At four anchors per sink, 100 sets covers roughly 25 sinks.

Working times and cure times differ between the two, so check the individual adhesive pages before you set up a run. Shops running several sinks a day usually move to the 400ml cartridge to cut reloads and per-sink cost.
How Glue-On Sink Anchor Installation Works
- Dispense the adhesive until both A and B sides flow evenly. Mix equal amounts in a cup, or purge a 6 to 8 inch bead through the mixing nozzle onto scrap.
- Clean the bonding area on the underside of the top and the base of the stud with alcohol. Both surfaces have to be clean and dry.
- Apply adhesive to the stud base and set it in position around the sink cut-out. Working times are short on both adhesives, so place each stud before mixing the next.
- Wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for handling strength before you hang the bowl and put weight on the anchor.
- Position the sink, slide the Z-shaped clip onto the stud, add the star washer, then tighten the wingnut.
The process runs on granite, marble, concrete, wood, solid surface, quartz, and engineered stone. Nothing is cored, cut, or removed from the top, and no CNC or specialty tooling is needed. Full instructions are in the download tab.
Performance in Production
- Buying hardware and adhesive separately lets a shop stock one set of hardware and order only the glue that matches whatever material is on the schedule.
- The 1-1/2 in (38mm) stud base gives a large bonding area and still fits tight spots around the sink cut-out.
- Handling strength at 45 minutes to 1 hour means the crew can set anchors, keep working the rest of the top, then come back and hang the bowl.
- The 1 in stud gives more thread length than the 0.75 in stud in the 740K through 743K kits. Check it against your usual clip and reveal before switching a crew over.
- Star washers ship here instead of the flat washers used in the four-anchor kits.
- At 4 anchors per sink, 100 sets covers roughly 25 sinks. Heavy composite and cast iron bowls or long vanity runs may take more per sink.
- Back off the wingnut and the sink drops for replacement or service. The anchor stays bonded to the top.

What are glue-on undermount sink anchors?
Glue-on undermount sink anchors are threaded studs on a flat 1-1/2 in base plate that bond to the underside of a countertop with a two-part adhesive. A sink clip slides over the stud, then a washer and wingnut tighten to hold the sink against the top. No hole is drilled in the countertop. Undermount sink anchors, undermount studs, sink studs, glue-on sink clips, and bonded sink fasteners all describe the same hardware.
Does the 755K include adhesive?
No. The 755K is hardware only, 100 sets of studs, Z-clips, star washers, and wingnuts. Order Chem-Set 633 Epoxy for natural stone or 605 Acrylic for solid surface and quartz in whatever size and quantity fits your production.
How many sinks will 100 anchor sets cover?
About 25 sinks at four anchors per sink. Four anchors covers a typical single or double bowl kitchen sink. Larger bowls, heavier composite and cast iron sinks, and long vanity runs may need more. Call us with the sink and we will tell you what to run.
What adhesive do you use to glue sink clips to granite or quartz?
Use Chem-Set 633 Quick Set Epoxy on granite, marble, concrete, and wood. Use Chem-Set 605 Quick Set Acrylic on solid surface, quartz, and engineered stone. Both are two-part structural adhesives formulated for the substrate, not general purpose glue.
How long before I can hang the sink?
Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour after bonding for handling strength. The adhesive keeps curing after that, so check the 633 or 605 page for the full cure schedule on the product you are running.
Does the 755K include dishwasher mounting fasteners?
No. The 740K through 743K kits each ship with two F1CT dishwasher fasteners, but the 755K is sink anchor hardware only. F1CT38 fasteners are stocked separately in a 25-pack.
What thread do the studs and wingnuts use?
1/4-20. The studs, star washers, and wingnuts in this kit are all 1/4-20, and they fit the same Chem-Set Z, C, and L shape sink clips used with the four-anchor kits and with Keep-Nut press-in anchors.
What is the difference between the 755K and the 740K through 743K kits?
The 755K is bulk hardware with no adhesive, 100 sets, sized for shops running sinks every day. The 740K through 743K are complete four-anchor kits that ship with the correct adhesive for the material, dishwasher hardware, and a dispense gun or mixing cups depending on the version.
