This Integra X-Stream large mixer fits Integra 250 mL and 500 mL 10:1 dual-component cartridges used for rodding and other high-viscosity countertop adhesive work. Its larger housing and X-Stream geometry provide the fit and flow path needed when a standard small tip would restrict material delivery.
Integra X-Stream large mixer Fitment and Compatibility
The bayonet-style connection is designed for quick attachment and removal on the matching Integra cartridge interface. Inside the tip, the coaxial downpipe keeps adhesive and activator apart until both components reach the mixing elements. The activator divides into two streams at the base, increasing contact with the adhesive as material travels through the housing. Use the tip only with the compatible Integra 10:1 cartridge and dispenser system. It is not a universal threaded nozzle, and it should not be forced onto a cartridge with a different ratio, outlet geometry, or locking pattern.

The larger body reduces restriction when dispensing thick rodding compound. That matters when crews need enough mixed adhesive to embed reinforcement rods or fill a prepared channel without repeatedly stopping to change tips. A squared outlet helps guide a steady bead along the joint or channel. Before production, confirm that both components are flowing, attach a fresh tip, and dispense a small purge until the exiting material is uniform. Replace the tip after a work pause if material has begun to cure inside it.
